About the event
This Level 2.5 wheel throwing pottery course is designed for potters who already have a solid understanding of throwing and trimming and are ready to refine, strengthen, and deepen their skills. It’s ideal for those who have completed Level 2 and don’t yet want to move into larger-scale work, choosing instead to focus on improving form, technique, and functionality.
The course is also valuable for more advanced potters who wish to revisit foundational skills, check in with their making habits, and refine earlier learning with a more critical eye.
The structure includes four weeks of making and trimming, followed by a dedicated glazing session one week after the final making class, allowing time for pieces to dry and be bisque fired.
