About the event
Get your hands dirty and discover the joy of ceramics in our relaxed, beginner-friendly taster pottery throwing class in Bristol. This 2-hour workshop is the perfect introduction to the pottery wheel, designed for complete beginners or anyone looking to refresh their skills in a creative and supportive environment. 1 pot fired and glazed included in your ticket.
Led by experienced ceramic artists, you’ll learn essential wheel throwing techniques – from centering clay to shaping your own pots. Most participants create 2–3 pieces, and you’ll get to choose your favourite to be professionally glazed and kiln-fired (included in the price). Want to keep more? Extra pots can be fired for just £5 each.
This all-inclusive ceramics class in Bristol provides everything you need – clay, tools, tuition, and firing. Your finished piece will be ready for collection in approximately 4 weeks.
